Did you know that it is legal in the state of Pennsylvania to buy areal fireworks, roman candles, firecrackers, rockets etc. under certain situations? Yes, you heard right LEGAL!!! Although, many allowable situations exist, by far the two most popular are:

1) if you are a Pa resident in possession of a valid permit.

2) If you are a resident of a state other than Pa.

If you are an out-of-state resident you can purchase fireworks in Pennsylvania no matter what state you’re from as long as you agree to transport them directly out of state and have proof of non-residence. However, you must check the laws in your home state to see if it is legal to possess firework in your state.

Pa residents may download permit forms, and after being signed by a municipal official you are welcome to purchase and use any fireworks sold by Bursting Bombs. Remember state legal fireworks can be purchased and used at all times throughout the commonwealth without a permit.
