Fireworks use:

Laws regarding the use of fireworks vary greatly according to state and local laws and ordinances. Bursting Bombs and Sky Candy Fireworks Co. highly recommends checking with local officials before purchasing or using any firework. Information is usually available through the local police or the Fire Marshall’s office. You may also contact Bursting Bombs by using the contact information in the contact section or by visiting any Bursting Bombs location, and we will gladly provide you with information regarding your specific state or municipality.

Fireworks Don’t Fly:

The FAA strictly prohibits transporting any firework by air in any amount. This applies to all fireworks, novelties, smoking devices, and sparklers. Fireworks should never be brought on any flight whether it be passenger, commercial, domestic, international, private, charter or otherwise.

Contest Rules:

All Bursting Bombs contests and raffles shall abide by the following official rules in addition to any regional regulations that may exist. Please see any Bursting Bombs location for more details. Official rules:

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, or have parental consent. All products are Pennsylvania legal, residents of other states must check local laws. Winner is responsible to obey all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received. Limit one (1) application per person per day. Multiple entries in excess of maximum may void all entries. If name drawn is a minor under the age of 18 a parent or legal guardian must be present to receive prize. Applicants must provide all information on the entry form. Drawing will be held on the 3rd of July, 2009 at 9:00pm. All applications must be received by 8:50pm (EST) on July 3rd, 2009 at any participating location. Prize will be a fireworks assortment of $124.99 in value. Sky Candy Fireworks Co. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at their discretion. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Value based on average retail value. Applicants will be contacted by phone, and if necessary by mail. Applicant does not need to be present to win. Winner shall be responsible for picking up prize. Winner shall be responsible for all applicable taxes. Employees of Bursting Bombs, Sky Candy Fireworks Co., tent operators, affiliates, TNT employees, and family members of the aforementioned are not eligible to enter. Products must be used by adults or under strict adult supervision. The winner agrees to let Sky Candy Fireworks Co. use their name or image for any purpose related to promotion or dissemination to the public of the details of the contest or winner. Applicants agree to receive promotional materials from Sky Candy Fireworks Co., but may opt-out of receiving these materials in the future by contacting bursting bombs by mail. Other than name and city, no private data will be purposefully released to the public. Although precautions are taken to ensure applicant privacy, Sky Candy Fireworks Co. shall not be held responsible or liable for information that is entered on entry form that is inadvertently viewed by any members of the public. By enter this contest the applicant agrees to the Bursting Bombs privacy policy, which can be found at www.Burstingbombs.com. Information on the identity of the winner can be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sky Candy Fireworks Co. 701 main St. Moosic, Pa 18507. Please allow two (6) weeks for reply.

In addition to the general rules above the following rules shall apply to the specific contest.

Facebook Contest:

Winners shall be picked at random by bursting bombs staff members. 10 winners will be selected from the pool of contestants. Contestants must post the bursting bombs logo as their default picture between June 25th and July 4th. Prizes shall be 4 bursting bombs t-shirts, 5 bursting bombs hats, 1 grand prize of a fireworks assortment values at $100. Prizes may vary at the discretion of Bursting Bombs Fireworks /Sky Candy Fireworks Co. The facebook logo and name are trademarks of Facebook.com. Facebook does not endourse this contest or bursting bombs fireworks.

Photo Contest:

All photos email, mailed, sent, or otherwise disseminated to Bursting Bombs Fireworks/Sky Candy Fireworks Co. Become the sole property of Sky Candy Fireworks Co. All contestants agree to allow Bursting Bombs Fireworks/Sky Candy Fireworks Co. to use the photos for website posting, promotional purposes, and other reasons at Bursting Bombs Fireworks/Sky Candy Fireworks Co. discretion on Twitter.com, Facebook.com, Burstingbombs.com, television, newspapers, periodicals, posters, on site at our locations, and other such media outlets. Contestants agree to rescind all rights of photos to Sky Candy Fireworks Co, without compensation. Contestants understand that they will not receive any compensation for any photos sent. Photos displaying lewd, vulgar, immoral, illegal, pornographic, or dangerous acts will not be accepted. In addition photos displaying illegal behavior can be turned over to the proper authorities. By sending photos contestants agree to all the terms listed.

Products:

Products listed on the Bursting Bombs website are manufactured by TNT fireworks. Product availability may be affected by several factors. Although, we strive for uniformity in our locations it is often beyond our control as to whether a particular product is available at a specific location. Therefore we cannot guarantee product availability. Often slightly different products may be available. Please contact us for specific information regarding product selection at a specific location. In general areal cakes, reloadable, firecrackers, rockets, parachutes, saturn missiles, and candles are only available at our super center.

No Dud Guarantee:

Bursting Bombs demands the highest standards of quality from our suppliers. Therefore if any product is ever found to be a “Dud” please return it for a full replacement.
